Air Conditioning Energy Assessment
Energy assessments are now mandatory for commercial properties; as of January 2009 commercial buildings must supply an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) that is placed on the market for sale, letting or lease purposes.
As part of these regulations any building that has air conditioning require regular inspection on heating, ventilation, chillers and controls where installed to adhere to the commercial EPC.
